  1. I’m so glad to have found your blog. Girl, you are hilarious! :-D I was pretty skeptical of homemade ice cream myself, that is until I gave it a try and realized: oh shit, this tastes good! I almost always make it myself now, unless I’m too lazy to do it (even though it only takes a mere 5 minutes to throw stuff into the ice cream maker). Your version sounds almost completely guilt-free though! I wouldn’t feel like a total hog scarfing this stuff done. Gotta say though, the rum in it is a major win. Toodles!

  2. Brilliant. I swear to encapsulate my pre-homemade ice cream experience perfectly. I find it so weird that many food in Asian countries we consider “desserts” are “health” foods in the western world. Oh well, guilt relief is always welcomed when it comes to ice cream.

  3. Can I substitute plant based milk for the dairy? The two best ice creams I’ve ever had were made with cashew milk.
